But in all seriousness, didn't it occur to you that, since your brother was older than you, that he might experience 'manhood' first? I mean, if not mistaken, he probably started shaving before you, too - did you think something was wrong with you then?
I think your decision to get baptized regardless of your 'flaws' is not as unique as you suspect. I bet lots of Witnesses secretly feel like crap, and don't think they're worthy of God's love, but figure that if they at least put in an effort - however pitiful - they might escape His wrath.
Talk about a strange topic for a conversation on my website...
Also, I'm fairly sure I'm not the only person who entered baptism with a complex about themselves. It's probably more common than rare.
